fractional customer community lead

Working alongside a company's senior leadership, we provide strategic guidance and oversight of a company’s customer-community and engagement initiatives. Rather than hiring a full-time employee, this flexible and affordable solution provides in-house customer- community and engagement expertise so you can achieve your business growth goals. 

The Fractional Community Lead can be responsible for 

  • Designing, building and, or managing a company’s online and offline communities (strategy design through to implementation or on-going management)

  • Developing engagement strategies

  • Ensuring effective measurement and reporting processes are in place

  • Working closely with other departments within the company to ensure the community activity is aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Timeframe

We can be contracted for as long as is needed but require a minimum commitment of 3 months. 

Costs

Depending on level of input required but costs can range from £2500 - £6000+ VAT per month
